A product vision defines the goals and purpose of a product, service or process and serves as a guiding star for the development team and all stakeholders. It provides clarity and direction by giving a clear picture of what is to be achieved and helps guide decision-making and prioritization throughout the development process. By setting a vision, everyone involved is motivated and aligned towards a common goal, which improves collaboration and engagement.

Without a clear vision, you are like being on the high seas surrounded by infinite possibilities but without a compass or map.

This course shows you how to develop a clear vision that gives a team direction and paves the way to success.
